What we collect

Account details (name, email, securely hashed password). Membership and booking data (membership status, classes booked or cancelled, attendance). Payment data when enabled (we do not store card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe and we receive only limited billing details such as card brand and last four digits). Technical data (basic app and error diagnostics).

How we use it

To create and manage your account, let you book and cancel classes, manage your membership, communicate about the service, and keep the app secure. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and authentication), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (network and DNS), Resend and Google Workspace (email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Stripe (payments, when enabled).

Data retention

We keep your data while you have an account. If you delete your account we remove your personal data, except limited records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights
